We’re hosting a food drive! With benefits currently on hold for many — including children, seniors, and neighbors with disabilities — we want to do our part to help ensure everyone stays fed. You can drop off shelf-stable, non-perishable food items at our shop during regular business hours. All donations will go directly to our local food banks.
Prefer to give directly? You can also make monetary or food donations straight to your local food bank. Every contribution makes a difference — thank you for helping us support our community!

No-Show and Late Policy
No-Show and Late Policy
Your appointment will be charged in full to your card on file if you no-show or arrive more than 10 minutes late past the grace period.
If you do not have a card on file and no-show or cancel within two hours of your appointment, you may be added to the pre-pay only list for future bookings.
Repeat no-shows will be blocked from making further appointments until the missed appointment is paid for.
We understand that life happens—if an unexpected situation arises, please call your booked barber or stylist as soon as possible. Refund requests within the cancellation period are at the sole discretion of the booked barber/stylist. Communication is always appreciated.
